Tom Lynch is an internationally known watercolorist with over 50 years of experience. His work has been showcased around the world. His bold landscapes strive for a level of excitement and drama seldom seen in watercolor. “I feel that an artist is paid for their vision not there observation…normal and ordinary are not for me”.
