Design by Kim Rose Adams

I am a multi-disciplinary North Coast artist, working mainly as a self-employed nature photographer and sticker illustrator. The University of New Orleans, The New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts, The University of Oregon, and Sitka Center for Art and Ecology have contributed vital resources and studios in which I built the foundation of my education in the arts.

My images have been described as soothing and sometimes depict the opposing forces within nature - the struggle of all creatures and elements to survive and persist within nature, especially here at "the edge of the world." Where nothing is permanent, everything is sacred. Basically, it's the feeling of being alive when I am there, and that is the feeling of existence I try to capture.
